Just wanted to introduce myself

Hello, my name is Jane. I am an alcoholic and have just very recently made the biggest desion of my life by choosing to be sober.
I am only 2 days sober and I am looking for support. I think I am a strong person, but have figured out that I am in fact quite weak. Especially when it comes to decision making.
I have made several poor decisions, especially as of late and I know that I can not do this alone.
Any and all replies and words of support are most welcome. I will be attending my 1st meeting tomorrow night. I look forward to sharing that experience with new people, and hopefully, new friends that I make here.

I hope you find AA as wonderful as I have. It was the last place in the world I ever wanted to wind up and yet it has changed my life immeasurably for the better. I was so scared and so tired - tired in my core, that I was relieved in a weird sort of way to be giving up the lost cause battle.
