Well, my story is what makes me the person I am today. I decided to take the road less traveled to find "the answer". The answer to what question you ask? I am sure we all wanted the answer. What is happiness? Why me? How can this be the cards dealt to me? If there was a God then why all the termoil? Well, I realize now how I can get the answer and live a more level life. I will promise you that; moving to different places, blaming others, having pity parties, not having a higher power, living anywhere but in the moment, drinking, drugs ,relationships, pushing loved ones away and hating myself did not get me anywhere. It just kept cycling around, repeating the issues over and over. I had to take action by accepting, admiting, handing it over to my higher power, relieving myself of resentments and you get where I am going. When I first went to meetings I never knew what "it works if you work it really meant". I didn't know the depth of the program. if you are ready to take action jump in with both feet. The things I have learned amaze me and I just keep learning! Life is our story, our ride and we only have one shot at it! What a life! Who knew? They did...
