Hi my name is lisa and i am an alcoholic. i am 36 yrs old and been drinking heavily for 3 yrs....passed 2 years extremely bad...recently lost my kids. I need them back to live....they are my world. I honestly have no idea why i do this......I am so miserable. Going through alcohol withdrawal now. Been sick 2 days. I want to change... i am on day 2 sober.....i have got to get my life back....

Don't give up..ask God to relieve you of your insanity. Call your local AA hotline and ask for help. You are worth it. Your in a position where the nightmare can be pushed back into the shadows and the true light of God will fill you with its healing power.
