Here are 5 suggestions if your life is filled with drama:
1. Keep the circle small. Don't isolate yourself from people. However, not everyone nees to know the intimate details of your life. Use your inner circle of people you trust and who will bear your burdens in confidence.
2. Don't make quick decisions. Be careful not to make life-altering decisions until you are certain you aren't making them with an emotional response. Rely on that inner circle of people you trust to help you make them.
3. Draw near to God. Your life is best when your closest relationship is your God relationship. Rely on God's strength to see you through this season of drama.
4. Work toward forgiveness. It may be a need to forgive others, yourself, or even God. Part of the heaing will likely require some letting go and letting forgiveness occur. Living as forgiving and forgiven people aloows God to help ease your pain and strengthen your availability to receive joy by opening the door to complete restoration in your heart.
5 Protect your heart in the future. Seasons of drama comes and goes. We are most prepared for them when our hearts is kept close to God's heart through the calmer seasons. Guard your heart for God and people.
