On awakening
God, I thank you for the good night of rest.
Considering my plans, please God, direct my thinking today.
Please God, divorce my thinking from self-pity, dishonesty, or self-seeking motives.
To determine which course to take, please God, allow me inspiration, intuitive thought or decisions.
Please God, allow me whatever I need to take care of any problems.
Please God, free me from self-will, allow your will be done for others as well as for myself.
Please God, allow me to realize I am not running the show, Thy will, not my will be done.
Please God, discipline me today, and allow me to realize there is action and more action, faith without works is dead.
Please God, help me trust in You, clean house, and help others.
