This disease will kill me if I allow it to. I have to remind myself every morning, that I don't want to die drunk.

Tammy, seek out an AA meeting in your area and do as they suggest---------i.e. tell you!! If you can keep your ego out of the way and just do as suggested your life will get better. Guaranteed!!!!!!!!Keep on sharing and coming back but get to real meetings. GBWU Don

So true Tammy, unchecked alcoholism kills.
I found my living sober solution with the AA program.
This can happen for you too.

Mikey , that can be rephrased to you're going to do what you WANT to do!!!! If you really want sobriety there are certain things that you MUST do. That's the long and short of it. If we don't mind getting beat up some more ,WE WILL!!!!! When i reached this program I was 53 yrs. old and sick and tired. I was desperate enough to take the SUGGESTIONS as orders from headquarters. I was beat ie. done, and just did as I was told. I'm sure glad that I did as one day at a time has become over 15 yrs.I am comfortable liveing without alcohol. I pray that when you're ready, you can recieve the same gifts that I recieved. GBWU Don
