Lord I humbly and Gratefully Thank You for my many Blessings...
My Son, Grandma, Aunt Beth,
Working as a Web Developer, My Boss,
Living in my Apartment, The car I drive, Being able to take care of myself,
A teachable spirit that allows me to grow into what you would have me be,
Bringing me to the doors of AA, Being an alcoholic, Freeing me from the compulsion to drink, Freeing me from the compulsion of unhealthy sex relations and unhealthy codependency,
Having a good heart and the desire to make the world a better place, Forgiveness, Friendships, Patience, Being able to have a closer understanding of you my God,
Having the understanding and the will to turn my life over to the care of the Almighty God, Understanding that there are some things I can not do and turning them over to the God box,
You loving me even if sometimes I feel I do not deserve it, Shedding your Grace upon me and allowing me to be reborn in a new spiritual life,
Going to bed tonight sober
Thank you God, I truly have a blessed life, Thy Will, Not mine, be done. AMEN
