i need ears old and i needsomeone to help me through this I'm 2months sober and i need some guidance im at a place called Christopherace its an employment academy they help homeless men with alcoholic; and drug addictions recover and be productive members of society but my problem is I'mI'mhe only one with a? drinking problem and most of the meetings are about naNand i feel left out and they always tell me just litsen and i will get something outof it but sometimes i feel like idont belong and ireally want to recover.

One thing I thought of is maybe trying to get a hold of a Big Book. If you can't get one, I can send you one.

Let me know.

The meetings might be good for support, anyway.

The Big Book has a lot of stuff in it that could prove helpful.

Another thing is maybe see in the phone book if there is a number for AA, and call and ask for help. Tell them your situation, just like you did, here, and they may be able to help...like sending someone to see you, getting you to meetings, etc.

Those are just suggestions. If they appeal to you, give it a shot.
