Auto-scroll to first unread post in thread?

On most forums that I visit, when I'm logged in and view threads, I am automatically scrolled to the first unread post in that thread where I left off last time. That doesn't seem to be happening here. Is it supposed to and I need to change a setting, or is it not supposed to do that?

When you click on a thread that has a new post or posts in it, if you look in the left hand corner below the new thread button you will see View First Unread. Click on that and it will take you to the first unviewed post. Image below included to show example:
