We Relax...We Don't Struggle

Indecision is my middle name.

I am a recovering perfectionist, recovering from a lot of things. I tend to second guess myself sometimes and wonder if I am doing the right thing.

I work for myself, from home, and as I am just beginning this veture, I am not impossibly busy like I used to be, on a regular job.

And in those slow spaces, there are a zillion things to be done around here...a zillion decisions to make.

When I remember to ask God what course to take, and let that kind of direct the day, things go much smoother.

When I let my frantic, racing mind take over...it is busy telling how I am never good enough, and I never do the right things.

So I think it wokrs better, the asking God to direct my day, and the idea of relaxing and taking it easy, and not struggling.

My day goes a lot better, then.

Good morning Sammie. Boy I sure can relate to that. I don't always remember to ask God for inspiration. After all, I'm a grown up now (ha ha ha ha, that's a funny) and I am mature enough to know what to do. Relax and take it easy! Not when I want it now. But I am getting better at things like that. I use to love the chaos, but now even that has subsided and I dread the chaos. There are still a lot of things about recovery that don't come easy. The difference now is that I don't give up trying. Just do the best I can and try to make adjustments as they come along.

I don't do the day thing perfect but gosh am always just BLOWN away by how much better the day goes when I let HP do the deal.

Yes My day goes so much smoother when first hting I give it all to My HP and ask through out the day for stregth and guidance
