Thanks to both Carols, I found the information on the chat rooms very informative and joined in on a couiple of chats, even though I'm not very fast at typing, and don't know the abbreviations that they are using. The sharing was good to here my group is really small so their isn't alot of different sharings. Thanks again will be back here to see whats going on MD

Carol87 where can I find the discussion groups that you are in? Just returned from meeting am going to take over the GSR position (that should keep me out of trouble). Its a great day I'm sober, the suns out,and had a good meeting. Take care MD1

Dear Pam, We don't give advice instead we share experience strength & hope and make suggestions. It sounds like growth is in your near future. Always remember you are right where your supposed to be. I would pray for knowledge of God's will and the power to carry it out. I have been in the program for a while and some bad things have happened i have seen where they have taught me something. Making a gratitude list is always a good way to put things into perspective....If you still have your health you can always get another job house and anything else you want as long as you keep your sobriety first....Any time I call my sponsor distressed, crying freaking out she says "Have you had a drink today?" I say no she says "then you are a miracle and everything is going to be OK. Clearing away the wreckage of your past sometimes takes awhile, depending on how long you were out there some times years but don't give up I have had an abundance of gifts and blessing from my HP more than i would ever have felt worthy of asking for. Keep your head up keep sharing and get to a meeting if you can. Get a call list at the meeting and talk talk talk!!
