On this date in 1996 I chose a new way of life for me by putting the drink and drugs down. I havent found it necessary since then to pick it up again. One day at a time is how I learned to do it through the 12 step program. I am so grateful for all those who have supported me over the years and still do. Above all, the Lord is my strong tower. By myself i could not do this. I am grateful for the grace of God.
